Click below to see my current timetable. Classes are suitable for all abilities. Whether you are a beginner or already consider yourself super-fit all classes can be adapted to suit you. I also have an On Demand Library of classes that you can stream on demand.
Pilates
Classes and private sessions.
Bringing a fitness approach to the traditional Pilates style, to include more functional movement for everyday life. Strengthening the core muscles while also focusing on full body strength, posture and mobility.
